This existing dwelling in a conservation area was given a huge extension and refurbishment, to create over a 10,000 sq ft home, containing 9 Bedrooms and 8 Bathrooms, along with an enclosed swimming pool, which extends out into the garden over an external water feature to create an infinity edge overlooking the extensive rear garden.

This new build dwelling in a conservation area was designed to replace the existing smaller home on site, with something much grander to compliment the scale of the surrounding dwellings. Buff stone was used to tie in with the materiality of the context, while crisp white render gave the house a contemporary finish.

A dilapidated bungalow in need of refurbishment sat within a large enclosed plot, we extended and converted it into a full two-storey house more fitting of the site. Beautiful stone detailing accentuated the smooth white render finish complimented by black framed aluminium windows

A developer wanted to maximise the potential of a small bungalow they purchased to add to their portfolio. We took the two bedroom plan and converted it into a 4 bedroom dwelling while still respecting the scale of the neighbouring dwellings height.
